The Impros 155mm impeller for 2-stroke Yamaha application. The impeller is 155mm outer diameter, 75mm hub size, 20mm threads. Intended for a Super Jet, Wave Blaster, or any other model that has a shaft with 20mm thread and the pump is 155mm in diameter.
Includes impeller tool and rubber nose seal. Highly recommend adding a driveshaft holding tool (WR004H) as well, for ease of installation.
We stock a VARIETY of pitches, such as 7/12, 7/15, 8/16, 9/17, 10/18 and 11/19. Some of these we also stock in a LONG BLADE, THIN BLADE, CUT BACK option that is very good for freestyle skis (normally stocked in 9/17 and 10/18,). The root angle, blade length and other geometric differences set the Hooker apart from the others. Some of these pitches are not a stocked item and will be a 2-3 day arrival to HSI - If you need a custom pitch for your application, we can special order it - depending on time of year ETA will be 2-4 weeks.
The hooker impeller is a 3-blade large hub diameter, radial edge design stainless steel impeller. Material is a 17-4 stainless steel cast with recreation polish. Will fit into many aftermarket 155mm pumps like Push, Thrust, Skat-Trak, Torrent, BUN, Pitch, Freedom, etc.
Description of LEADING vs TRAILING edge pitch: The leading edge is the blade that is first in contact with the water entering the pump tunnel before it gets pushed through the pump. This is your right-off-throttle "bottom end" hit. The trailing edge is what will carry you through the power band and allow the engine to get the full amount of power to the water. People often don't realize it, but impeller tuning is just as important, if not more, than carburetor tuning.
