Yamaha 61X water restricting kit for a stock 61X exhaust on a Yamaha SuperJet, WB1, or any twin cylinder Yamaha engine running a 61x OEM exhaust.
Restricting the water to the exhaust is a MUST for a lites racing class setup SuperJet, and is great on a recreational ski where you want to keep the stock exhaust. This will help "wake up" the stock exhaust with giving throttle response - helping the "potato stuck in a tailpipe" issue.
We have done a lot of testing with this water restricting kit, and we know it works great, as well as is SAFE for recreational riders. This is not just a couple tee fittings with hose to direct water overboard, we do actually have a restrictor in place. You will not be disappointed in it - especially for the cost!
OPTIONAL ADD ON - the needed 5-foot of extra cooling line (OEM style black) and Qty-6 stainless 3/8" hose clamps.
PLEASE NOTE - A bypass fitting for a 2nd outlet is not included in the bundle - this will need to be added. It is recommended to run TWO billet bypass fittings so that the exit diameter is the same size (stock size is smaller).
