Shipping policy

Stocked items: 2-day processing time on orders plus the shipping timeframe that you choose (i.e. flat rate, express, first class mail).

EXPRESS ORDERS same day shipping guarantee cut-off time: 1pm Arizona time (AZ is in PST half the year, and MST the other half of the year). 

Non-stocked items or made-to-order parts ETA (estimate time of arrival / shipping): usually noted in the description of the part. Please pay attention to this before ordering. If we do not have an item in stock, we will email you for verification on the delay and ETA. 

Partial Order Fulfillment: If we have only part of your order in stock, ready to ship, we will contact you to notify of the discrepancy of the entirety of your order. We will give you the choice to hold the entire order to ship complete, or to ship part of the order. If there will be extra shipping charges for shipping partial of an order will be determined by if the backordered item is a Special Order part or if it would normally be a stocked item. Again, we will notify you to go over this and the options.
