Kawasaki 750cc 46mm Mikuni SBN Complete Carb Setup with intake manifold
H.S.I. BUILT - Performance SBN 46mm jetted to spec for your application, ready to bolt on! The carb comes pre-setup with primer fittings & tee-handle adjusters already installed! This carb setup will work great paired with a stock to modded engine. If you're wanting ultimate performance, a DUAL SBN 44mm carb setup may be the better route for you!
Are you tired of chasing your tail trying to get your Keihin carburetor running right? Or are your Mikuni 40i’s roached and with no new OEM replacement, don’t want to drop a ton of money on a dual 44 intake setup? Switching to a single SBN on that ski is the least costly & most fuel efficient option to go with!
PLEASE NOTE: include in the notes section at checkout the model of ski that your 750cc Kawasaki is in, the elevation where you ride, and if it has a stock or aftermarket exhaust. *This carb setup usually takes 4-6 business days to be fit into the service schedule for assembly - we will email you to verify prior to assembling.
SUMMER 2026 - CARB SETUPS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR TURN AROUND TIMES TO SHIP
** H.S.I. is not at fault if you run this carb setup on an application that the carbs were not set up for
What intake option should I select for my model of Kawi 750?
- THIS Option: PJS intake manifold - for best performance, you should upgrade the manifold. Overall the PJS manifold will flow air better than the OEM intake, as well as no port matching is needed (bore size is already 46mm). This option is also the best route to go if your 750 was originally a dual carb and you are wanting to change it to a single carb.
-
Option 2: Keihin (38mm) to Mikuni Adapter Plate (in another listing here) - This option is a little more cost effective if you are already a single carb 750 model engine. (All single carb 750's were 40mm Keihins). IF YOU DO THE ADAPTER PLATE: you will need to get your intake manifold port matched to the 44-46mm plate/carb.
What carb size should I select?
-
44mm - If you are a stock engine and/or with minimal upgrades such as an aftermarket exhaust, high compression head, or a CDI. This is also the most fuel efficient option (in another listing here).
-
46mm - If you have porting in the engine, want a little more top end, and/or just want to say you have a 46 with the above setup.
Parts needed & NOT included:
- Primer - You will need this to utilize the carb's equipped primer fittings. Add plunger style or bulb style here

-
